14-Day Right of Return

We want you to be completely happy with your TimePolish products. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

Conditions for Returns

•       The return period is 14 days, starting the day after you (or someone you designated) received the order.

•       Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

•       For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used care products (such as cleaning solutions, polishes, or cloths that have been used) cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

•       You may inspect the product the way you would in a store; value lost through use beyond this may be deducted from your refund.

How to Return

•       Step 1: Email us at support@timepolish.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and that you wish to return it. You may also use the model withdrawal form available on our website.

•       Step 2: Ship the product back to us within 14 days of notifying us. 

•       Step 3: Keep your proof of shipment until the return is fully processed.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or we delivered the wrong item — in that case, we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or once you provide proof that you have shipped it, we will refund the full purchase amount including the original standard shipping costs within 14 days. The refund is issued using the same payment method you used for the order, at no cost to you.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Contact us at [support@timepolish.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it quickly with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, simply return the original item and place a new order.
